Fit mom, Sia Cooper, makes health a priority in her life. Being a busy mom, she will try to squeeze in little workouts wherever she goes in order to get her exercise in. Whether it's at the park, the airport, the gas station or even Target! Sia is always posting pictures to her Instagram page, Diary of a Fit Mommy Official, to inspire other mothers to be their best selves. In one viral post, she shared a video of her doing a few workout moves in Target while running errands with her kids. She was doing leg workouts like squats and walking lunges while pushing her cart!

She said, "Getting it done in at Target because it's only the most magic place in the entire world (besides Disney world). So if you saw a weirdo working out in Target today-yup that was me! Who needs a friggin' gym."

She received a lot of backlash saying that she looked crazy and that this was an unrealistic workout. Many got upset saying that no woman would ever actually do this. People even went so far as to say that she should be doing this in Wal Mart instead, insinuating that Wal Mart was a bad place. Sia was not going to take these criticisms without responding. A few days later, she posted a workout video in Wal Mart to show her haters that she loves working out, no matter where it is.

She said, "So someone negatively commented yesterday that I should've done my video in Walmart because I would've fit in better (in regards to my viral Target workout video) referring to the common thought that Walmart is a crazy, trashy place. Soooo... I did! Because that's how I clapback at my haters."

Sia's goal is to show that it doesn't take crazy equipment or a gym membership in order to be active. She wants to inspire others to exercise and feel good in their own skin. Sia is setting a great example for her children and teaching them how accessible a healthy lifestyle is. Whether you're working out at home or at Wal Mart, at least you are taking time to be active!
