Avocado and Green Pea Guacamole

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 ripe avocados (pits and skins removed)
  • 1/3 cup green peas (cooked)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/3 cup cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • Black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  • Combine avocados, peas, lime juice, onions, garlic, and cilantro
  • Season with salt and pepper and mash with a fork or puree in a food processor until desired consistency
  • Serve with fresh-cut veggies
